I am a writer and editor with experience working for numerous medical/dental and specialty retail publications. My skills include writing, editing, page layout/design, spot news photography, web editing, and email newsletters.

In May 2022 I joined the staff of Inside Dental Hygiene magazine, published by AEGIS Communications, as Managing Editor. AEGIS, the company behind Inside Dentistry, Compendium, and various other dental industry publications, specializes in educational content for oral healthcare professionals. In my role at AEGIS, I’m also writing and editing various special projects, including eBooks.

 

 

Prior to my current job at AEGIS Communications, I was Managing Editor at Dental Tribune America, from 2007 to 2022, responsible for Endo Tribune (a monthly newspaper), and Roots magazine (a quarterly scientific journal) plus the U.S. editorial content for Dental Tribune online. My work has been published in Dental Tribune, Endo Tribune, Roots magazine, Implant Tribune, Ortho Tribune, and online at www.dental-tribune.com.

My past professional experience includes writing, editing, and designing editorial and marketing content for specialty retail business publications covering the retail jewelry industry. I worked at National Jeweler magazine as an editor, at Jewelers of America as marketing director, and at INSTORE magazine as contributing writer. My work has also been published in INDESIGN magazine, Modern Jeweler, Jewelers Circular-Keystone (JCK), Professional Jeweler and the Rapaport Diamond Report.
